Warehouse Associate

Job Summary

The Warehouse Associate supports production and engineering operations through the accurate receiving, handling, storage, inspection, and movement of materials—including optical, electronic, fiber optic, and other precision components. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and adherence to quality, safety, ESD, and clean room standards. The ideal candidate is reliable, efficient, and capable of maintaining accurate inventory and documentation in a fast paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials, ensuring accuracy of part numbers, quantities, and documentation.
  • Perform efficient picking, packing, storing, staging, and shipping of materials to support daily production and engineering schedules.
  • Track, handle, and maintain inventory of optical, electronic, fiber optic, and other sensitive or precision components.
  • Ensure materials are stored according to handling requirements, including ESD safe and clean room procedures when applicable.
  • Support production by dispatching materials, kits, and components to the production line in accordance with work orders and job requirements.
  • Pack finished goods and prepare them for outbound shipment, working closely with the logistics department to ensure timely and accurate dispatch.
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts; reconcile inventory discrepancies promptly and accurately.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, traceability, and documentation within ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
  • Follow ISO, ESD, clean room, and safety standards to ensure compliance and maintain a controlled work environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret BOMs, part numbers, labels, and SOPs.
  • Proficiency with computers and ERP systems (Oracle preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with electronics, telecommunications, or precision components.
  • Familiarity with ESD standards, clean room practices, or optical component inspection.

We are seeking a reliable and detail oriented COB Operator (Chip on Board) to join our Production team. The COB Operator will be responsible for performing precision assembly, bonding, and inspection of chip on board components used in fiber optic and photonic products. This role requires strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and the ability to follow detailed engineering and quality procedures in a clean manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform Chip-on-Board (COB) assembly processes, including die attach, wire bonding, epoxy dispensing, and curing.

Job Summary

The Test Engineer (Electronics & Optical Systems) will support the transition of advanced optical and electronic technologies from R&D into prototyping and production by leading both hands-on and automated testing of complex systems. This role combines hardware validation, test automation development (primarily in C#/.NET), and system-level troubleshooting.

The engineers will develop and execute test plans, design and maintain test systems, interface with lab instrumentation, and support production teams through documentation, training, and continuous test process improvements. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in electronics testing, automation software development (C# preferred), and optical validation environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Test and validate next-generation optical and electronic technologies transitioning from R&D into prototyping and production.
  • Develop and execute test plans (DVT, characterization, and production validation) for electronic and electro-optical systems.
  • Perform hands-on and automated testing, including data collection, analysis, and reporting of performance results.

Job Summary

The position reports directly to engineering leadership and supports full-time operations in a fast-paced, high-growth environment focused on advanced technologies, including RF systems and high-speed optical modules (800G / 1.6T).

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform precision assembly of RF, MIC, and high-speed optical (800G / 1.6T) circuits, including die attach, component placement, and interconnect processes under a microscope.
  • Execute wire bonding (ball, wedge, and ribbon bonding) on RF substrates and high-frequency circuits using industry-standard equipment (e.g., West Bond, Mech-El), ensuring mechanical integrity, bond strength, and electrical performance.
  • Perform die attach operations using a variety of epoxies and solders, maintaining alignment accuracy and long-term reliability.
  • Apply proper component handling techniques, including ESD-safe practices, contamination control, and handling of sensitive RF and optical devices.
  • Perform component removal and replacement (swapping) and precision rework, ensuring no leakage, damage, or degradation to RF/optical performance or reliability.
  • Work in accordance with applicable standards: MIL-STD-883, IPC-A-610, J-STD-001.
  • Assist in the development and optimization of assembly methods and processes for new designs.
  • Operate and maintain precision equipment including wire bonders, bond pull testers, reflow stations, and plasma cleaners.
  • Perform inspection and measurement using microscope-mounted reticles, calipers, micrometers, and high-precision tools (±0.001” tolerances).
  • Read and interpret schematics, BOMs, travelers, and process procedures.
  • Ensure adherence to cleanliness, reliability, and high-frequency signal integrity requirements.
  • Utilize basic computer applications for documentation and communication.

Minimum Qualifications (Education and Experience)

  • High School Diploma or equivalent and 7+ years of related experience.
  • Associate degree or technical equivalent, 3+ years of related experience.
  • Military or equivalent technical training and 4+ years of relevant hands-on experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with high-frequency RF and high-speed optical assemblies (800G / 1.6T).
  • Hands-on experience with wire bonding, die attach, component removal and replacement (rework/swapping), and precision rework processes.
